Usually, we ship products within 2 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that are unavailable for immediate shipment.

All materials are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to you. We guarantee that they are leaving our facility in perfect condition and free or contamination. Since we cannot control the storage of the materials once you receive them, please inspect all materials upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours after receipt of the materials.

Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement or store credit. If we do accept a returned item, a restocking fee of 20% would apply.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for mushroom cultures, because they are prepared specifically for each order. Each culture is tested before shipping. Since we have no control over the delivery or the environment during the shipping, we have to disclaim any responsibility for the cultures after they are shipped out.

Use of mushroom cultures requires a certain skill set and sterile environment. Contamination can easily occur if you do not have a sterile environment while working with the cultures.

We do not refund shipping charges, as those are paid to third parties.

Usually, we ship products within 2 business days. We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, as delivery is managed by third parties like Canada Post and Purolator.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
